We realize unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully ask that you provide at least a 48 hour notice.
A credit card is required to make an appointment and a $50 deposit will apply for new patient consultations. This amount will be applied toward the cost of your service(s) during your appointment.
If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance, $50 will be charged to the credit card on file.
